• Custom Design Services: Due to the personalized nature of our custom design services, we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced. We will work with you to make reasonable revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

• Pre-made Designs: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase if no design modifications have been made.
